The Sky Course was in poor condition before the drought restrictions. The grass may look green (for the most part)
but it is dry nonetheless.
The Shadow course is no longer maintained, having dried up years ago, but it was the toughest of the local courses, and easily the most beautiful, both in layout and spring foliage.
Both courses had and have the same problem. Watch carefully for rattlesnakes. They are everywhere.
Too bad. I played both these courses when they opened, and they were both a joy, (the Shadow being my favorite)
Would travel: 0-10 Miles, Not Vacation Worthy
Bottom line: I wouldn't recommend this course, Better courses for less nearby
