This is a nice course at a great price. The walking rate for 9 is $13, and if you double loop it the rate is only $18.
This is a course that you might score better on if you just play yout irons. It is short layout. The course is pretty straight forward, nothing fancy, the greens are dead ahead. The most character is the fact that you can see the submarines from several of the holes, and maybe hit an Admiral's house with a drive on the par 5.
If you want a nice little course to sharpen your short game, at a good price, with authentic Navy ambiance, you have found your course in Connecticut.
Would travel: 0-10 Miles
Bottom line: I would play again, Average course for the area, Bargain priced based on quality and competitive area pricing
