Really enjoy unique layout of this course. No homes, use of quarry in golf course layout. Conditioning and variey of holes. Nice elevation changes as well. Course has increased the greens fees this year 2012. New GPS system in the carts.
Elgin has two great public courses with Highlands of Elgin and Bowes Creek.
Would travel: 20-30 Miles, Vacation Worthy
Bottom line: I would play again, Better than average course for the area
Condition of Course, Difficulty, Layout, No Houses on Course, Clubhouse
