Played here 6-21-10; got the military rate of $80, vice the normal $105. Absolutely gorgeous course, especially considering that the landscape is basically flat. Wonderful design, with no two holes looking anything alike, and ZERO houses anywhere in sight. Fairways are decent width, and present some interesting visuals from the tee. Greens are large, most have some contour, but not unfairly so, and putt medium fast (at least on 6-21-10) Bunkers are plentiful and very well maintained. Meticulous grooming throughout, with plenty of maintenance staff visible everywhere doing bunkers, mowing, cultivating flora, etc. First-rate operation from start to finish. Challenging without being oppressive, and excellent markings everywhere. Lots of "structures" around the course for rest rooms, service buildings etc., all in keeping with the basic theme. Course is not walkable (and I'm not sure they permit it), due to distances from green to next tee. If you're anywhere within 100 miles of this course, try to play it...it's an experience you'll cherish.
Would travel: 60-120 Miles, Vacation Worthy
Bottom line: I would play again, Ranks with the best in this price level
