$16 (cart included), played on Tuesday, December 2008 at 10am

Our group of travelling seniors plays here 3 or 4 times a year, most recently 12-30-08.

The course is very simple, mostly flat, especially the front nine, and not a huge challenge. Several holes look similar, but there are a few distinctive ones (#10, #11, and #15 come to mind). Tee boxes are smallish, but level; fairways are generous; greens are mostly small and flat, although a few are heavily contoured (#4, #5, #7, #10, and #17); bunkers are modest in size and number, and when last we played, were not in great shape.

Clubhouse is spartan, but the attached restaurant/bar is excellent, especially the crab soup.

Staff is always friendly, and the price is right. Some better courses fairly close by, such as The Links at Gettysburg ($$$), and Flatbush and Quail Valley are both under $30. Having said all that, Cedar Ridge is OK, and offers a change of pace at a modest price.

Would travel: 20-30 Miles, Not Vacation Worthy
Bottom line: I would play again, Fair priced based on quality and competitive area pricing
