Our group played here on a retreat from the frozen north, sight-unseeen, and we made a bad choice. It's a Robert Trent Jones design, and it lives up to his worst. Could be called "Dozer-mania" as there are moguls and sculpting everywhere. Not a very playable execution, despite great terrain and all manner of natural hazards. The whole course just seems tricked-up more than necessary. Was Cart-Path-Only the day we played, and we were not informed of that in advance. We were also a bit surprised that the golf shop is on the second floor of a high rise...can't say that I've ever seen that before. The staff was nice enough, but we felt that the course was too over-the-top, especially in an area abounding in fine layouts. We do not recommend.

Would travel: 20-30 Miles, Not Vacation Worthy
Bottom line: I won't play again, I wouldn't recommend this course
