Played here 8-22-12 while visiting in the area. Started about 0745, and the initial price quoted was $55, which I thought was a little steep, especially for a senior on a weekday. Was informed that senior rates were only available on Monday and Tueday. Told the guy I was a senior all seven days of the week and he relented, charging me $33. Played by myself in just over two hours, a pretty good pace. Got waved through by a couple of friendly walkers along the way. Course design is about as good as the terrain allows, as it is VERY flat. Conditions were excellent, as the layout is well-maintained. Course is probably not walkable for seniors or folks with knee problems like me, as it has some serious distance between greens and the next tees: there is lots of crossing over of holes, as well. Clubhouse is nice: pro shop is small, but well-stocked, and the staff seemed friendly. Haven't played many courses in this area, but speaking with other golfers, got the impression that this course is pretty well regarded among the frequent players. I'd certainly come back when in the area again. I recommend.
Would travel: 10-20 Miles, Not Vacation Worthy
Bottom line: I would play again, Average course for the area
