This is a very good Nicklaus Signature layout. It is far inland and away from the hustle and bustle of the typical area courses. No homes on the course and a feel of being deep in the Everglades. More interesting layout than almost all nearby golf courses. They were still operating out of a very nice but temporary clubhouse. The greens here are very undulating. My opinion is a few need to be recontoured as they were nearly unputtable. Peaks of some of the undulations do not hold water and tend to burn. Overall the most challenging and un-Florida like layout in the area. Read my review at golfsliced.com.
Would travel: 20-30 Miles
Bottom line: I would play again, Better than average course for the area
