Bermuda fairways are well established now -- overseeded with rye. Course is wet since on Potomac flood plain, though drainage much improved in recent years with new French drains. Greens are excellent, recently rolled. Fresh sand in bunkers. Spreading sand on most fairways to raise a bit and improve drainage. New replacement bunker on 18, right side of 16 and left side of 14. Building new tee on 4. NVRPA is steadily improving the course. Weekday memberships are great for us retired folk.
Would travel: 30-60 Miles, Not Vacation Worthy
Bottom line: I would play again, Better than average course for the area
Condition of Course, Layout, Price, No Houses on Course, Pace of Play
