I live in Sun City and just played this morning Nov. 28. Both courses are in superior condition and are maintained as such year round. I've lived here 10 years and found the courses to always be exceptional. All my guests have remarked on the top quality condition and playability of both courses.

Bottom line: I would play again, Better than average course for the area, Ranks with the best in this price level, Bargain priced based on quality and competitive area pricing
