For the money (E-mail Specials) not bad but you have to tee off either real early in the morning or late afternoon during the summer. The course is maintained at fair condition watching the deer come down from the hillside adds to the experience. Yet if you tee off mid-morning expect to be on the course for at least 5-6 hours they always over book and the marshalls are slow to help speed up the pace of play.
