Only 2 issues with this course.
(1) The pace of slow is horrendous. Can take 4.5-5 hours and it's at its worst on Sundays.
(2) The sand traps are inconsistent. Though they spent a lot of money on them a few years ago, they can range from sandy to hard pack.
However, for the cost, it is one of the great finds in New Jersey.
Would travel: 10-20 Miles, Vacation Worthy
Bottom line: I would play again, Better than average course for the area, Bargain priced based on quality and competitive area pricing, Fair priced based on quality and competitive area pricing, Ranks with the best in this price level
