With water guarding some portion of all but four holes, this course is a very nice challenge for players of all levels. Most of them do have a bailout side, which makes it a bit more fair (than not having one) but the challenge remains. It's a relatively short course, playing less than 5600 yards, even from the back tees. Don't let that fool you, however. In addition to the water on 14 holes, there's enough bunkering both fairway and greenside, that any slip will challenge that part of your game. Want to stop in the Pro Shop at the turn? Isn't going to happen. It's not exactly Pebble Beach, but when you finish the front and head toward the tenth tee, you're still a long way from the clubhouse, so tee it up, finish the round and enjoy the experience.
Would travel: 120-300 Miles, Vacation Worthy
Bottom line: I would play again, Better than average course for the area
