Greens were completely redone with bent grass 3 years ago. They have matured and are spectacular. One of the down-sides of a lot of courses (even great ones) is that you feel you are playing the same hole multiple times. Not true here. At least 16 of the holes feel unique with only #8 and # 16 feeling like mirror images of each other. This is a muni, but certainly does not have the feel of one. A top country club is only a mile away: similar layout and topography. The only reason the country club is "better" is it gets far less play and, hence, can be in even better condition.
Would travel: 30-60 Miles, Vacation Worthy
Bottom line: I would play again, Better than average course for the area, Fair priced based on quality and competitive area pricing, Ranks with the best in this price level, Best course in the area
Condition of Course, Price, Difficulty, Ambiance, Layout
