This course and it's sister course (Mile Square Classic) are possibly the best conditioned courses in Orange County.
Both courses were designed by David Rainville and therefor are very similar is style and play. They both are well bunkered (and bunkers are well maintained) and the bunkers are strategically placed.
The courses have two weaknesses:
1 Fairway bunkers are very punishing. The large mounding does not allow long iron approach shots as the golfer must can only hit a 7 iron or higher to get out.
2 All the par 3’s measure approximately the same yardage and usually require the same club. This is particularly true on the Classic course where the par 3 pin location rotations are virtually the same.
The greatest draw to these courses is the conditioning. The greens are quick, true and healthy. They are always in great shape.

Bottom line: I would play again, Ranks with the best in this price level, Best course in the area
