Course is in great shape. No weeds. 80% of the greens were in good shape. Rough was odd...it was deep but not as punishing. It was bouncy (yes, the ball bounced off of the deep rough) but you had to be on top of the ball to find it if it settled.
Would travel: 20-30 Miles, Not Vacation Worthy
Bottom line: I would play again, Average course for the area, Bargain priced based on quality and competitive area pricing
