New layout with 2 added par 5's makes the course more fun. Problem since the 70's is the very small round [mostly] greens are NEVER any good. The LA City P and R department does not have qualified USGA trained greens keepers. Both courses could be overhauled and made to be terrific...lengthened and manicured better. But, for the money, its a fun course and now, more exciting to play with the add ons. Very park like setting with old mature trees built in about 1955.
Would travel: 0-10 Miles, Not Vacation Worthy
Bottom line: I would play again, Average course for the area, Fair priced based on quality and competitive area pricing
