Since being bought by a new company, the course is in much better shape than it was previously. It is challenging but fair. The bunkers are in better shape than the average affordable public course in the Phoenix metro area. On the negative side, they still have significant drainage problems resulting in areas of standing water, but overall its a better course for it's price than many of it's competitors.
Would travel: 60-120 Miles, Vacation Worthy
Bottom line: I would play again, Better than average course for the area, Ranks with the best in this price level, Fair priced based on quality and competitive area pricing
