The course is perfectly fine - decent, but not great, conditions; OK layout but somewhat repetitive; even though it has been fairly recently renovated it still looks tired; solid golf challenge. My problem is that the greens fees are far too high, making this a very poor value. There are dozens of equal or better resort courses up and down the Carolina resort communities that offer better value.
