Always a lot of rounds played on this course. So expect some delays during prime hours.
However, maintence has done a nice job of maintaining facility and playability.
Bunkers are inconsistent, but that's due to the roller coaster North Texas weather in the spring. Usually become more consistent during the summer and fall.
Would travel: 30-60 Miles, Vacation Worthy
Bottom line: I would play again, Better than average course for the area, Ranks with the best in this price level, Fair priced based on quality and competitive area pricing
Condition of Course, Price, No Houses on Course, Pace of Play
