I've played this Johnny Miller course that is set in the foothills often, and I like all but two things about it: the first and the eighteenth holes. There are a lot of interesting and fair holes, some with great views, but the opening and closing holes rely on some odd features (particularly trees in the landing areas).
Would travel: 20-30 Miles, Not Vacation Worthy
Bottom line: Better than average course for the area, Ranks with the best in this price level
