Sitting on the Tennessee River, the Chattanooga Golf and Country Club is in an excellent location. The river views are spectacular, bringing its own relaxation factor into play. The course winds past some very luxurious homes and adds to the course's character. The layout is very challenging, especially for those that don't play well. The fairways were thin in spots but that did not take away from the playability of the course. The clubhouse is top notch and by far the most service oriented club I have ever visited. It is well worth playing if you ever have the chance.
