I mentioned pace, because at one point the ranger asked us to pick up our pace-that we were a hole and a half behind. We sped up for a couple of holes until we could no longer see the group behind us. After we walked off 18, I checked the time, and we were done in 3 hrs., forty minutes. That's about 30 minutes better than pace! Not sure what the ranger was talking about, but I didn't check my watch at the time he commented to us about our pace. Maybe it's just as well. Arguing with the ranger rarely works out in your favor! Maybe the guys behind us were big hitters and were just playing a little faster than we were. I play this course a few times/yr. I really like it. I look forward to the next time I can play it!
Would travel: 10-20 Miles, Vacation Worthy
Bottom line: I would play again, I wouldn't recommend this course, Better than average course for the area, Fair priced based on quality and competitive area pricing, Ranks with the best in this price level
