The course was in excellent shape, nice fairways, rough was punishing where it should be. Fair amount of hazards.
While the course is surrounded by farmland, the area is beautiful, and the course displayed numerous elevation changes, lending to the overall difficulty. No houses on the course, which is a plus for me.
The only negative I could note was that the greens, while well maintained, had some issues with ball marks. More of a problem with fellow golfers than course quality, but it would suggest that some ball mark repair guidelines should be prominently displayed in the clubhouse (I did not see any).
Would travel: 30-60 Miles, Not Vacation Worthy
Bottom line: I would play again, Better than average course for the area
Condition of Course, Ambiance, No Houses on Course
