This is by far the best course adjacent to the downtown area, far superior to Taquitz for a very small additional price. It is plenty long and like many Jack Nicklaus designed courses, there is a risk/reward component to alomst every hole and every shot. Par 3s are particularly challenging.
In additional to a great course, with nice fairways and plenty of water and sand, but not too much and none unfair, the mountain views are incredible. The pro shop is great. The clubhouse is gorgeous and the food and service outstanding.
We have played this course in high season and low season. It is always in great shape. Put this at or near the top of your list for your next trip to Palm Springs.
Would travel: 60-120 Miles, Vacation Worthy
Bottom line: I would play again, Best course in the area
