Love playing here. This is Texas golf like it was when Hogan, Nelson, Penick etc... were in their hayday. Was really, really windy the day we played, but still a lot of fun, a real challenge, and above all, dirt cheap.
They should hold the US Open here. Try holding these greens in Summer.
Would travel: 30-60 Miles, Not Vacation Worthy
Bottom line: I would play again, Better than average course for the area, Ranks with the best in this price level, Bargain priced based on quality and competitive area pricing, Fair priced based on quality and competitive area pricing
Condition of Course, Layout, Price, Ambiance, No Houses on Course, Pace of Play, Staff
