Great course if you are ready for a challenge. Pace of play could improve if people would play a length at this course which is appropriate for handicaps. The course does a great job placing hazards in the places normal people miss, even personal great shots can end up in error due to strategic bunks or hazards. If you want to improve your shot making ability and think through yardages, this is a great course that makes more open and forgiving courses seem much easier. This is not what I would call a risk reward course, it is a shot makers course. If you know your clubs and distances you can score, but if you "go for it" you will be in jail wondering why you have hockey sticks(7's) or snowmen (8's) on your card. Play smart and score. Good course but not for the beginner.
Would travel: 30-60 Miles, Not Vacation Worthy
Bottom line: I would play again, Better than average course for the area, Fair priced based on quality and competitive area pricing
