Weekends: If you get out early, you can play a round in under 4 hours. After a few hours expect a 5 hour round. On weekends, tee times get behind fast due to the 6 minites between starts. If you show up early walking on as a single is usually easy/fast.
Weekdays: Faster play usually. Easy to walk on for 1 or 2 golfers, call the starter or get an online time (if your a LA resident) for 3 or 4.
I play here frequently.
The Harding course (at the same location) is a bit less expensive and less crowded. If you want the best that an LA City course has to offer, Wilson is your best bet.
Would travel: 20-30 Miles, Not Vacation Worthy
Bottom line: I would play again, Fair priced based on quality and competitive area pricing
