I have played this course for a couple of years and always had to put up with bad greens but it's the closest to my home, fun to play, and the staff HAS always been very friendly. Today I played the course with a friend of mine and was blown away by the language and disrespect delivered from the staff! Im in the process of contacting management and have my fingers crossed that they will make this right. We played our 9 and asked if we could add another 9. The employee said no (there was plenty of time to finish 9 holes based on there close time) to my request to pay for another 9, so I asked if I could play the first couple of holes again (horrible first 3, double bogies) and he said that was fine. I saw the employee at the 3rd hole and was greeted with a "If you don't head your f---ing a-- in now I'm calling the Sherif" I tried to speak to him like any other adult would and he continued to direct profanity toward my friend and I. So we headed in... Once we got in I tried AGAIN to speak to him and he slammed the door in my face. We loaded up our clubs and took a couple of deep breaths. We went back to the door that was so kindly slammed in my face moments before to return the cart key, and he had locked the door (this was at 4pm the business hours are clearly marked open until 6pm) and was not responding to my knocking. He finally came to the door and cracked it just enough for me to hand him the key. I asked him to have a conversation with me and there was my friend the door again... SLAMMED in my face! I had to resort to talking through a glass door, where I was told that 6pm is not set in stone and that it was closing time because he had other s--- to do. WOW!!! I have never been so blown away in any other establishment in my life! My friend is refusing to ever return to Forebay, but I believe that bad employees don't make bad businesses. It's managements responsibility to fix issues like this. I will write again to let people know how they handle this situation. Thanks for reading and better luck to you.
