A very nice course, in very good condition. These are not cookie-cutter holes. I enjoyed the "run-off" areas surrounding many of the greens as it allowed for different type of shots to be played from there as well as didn't result in the ball automatically being in the rough if you slightly missed the green. Five sets of tees allow for every type of player to score. Only negative - and I'm being very picky on this - was a lack of a marshall to help with pace-of-play. In my opinion, they either need a marshall or do a better job of spacing when groups can begin their round (though they do have 4 clocks on various holes that are to remind you of your pace of play). Overall, a great course for the money.
Would travel: 10-20 Miles, Not Vacation Worthy
Bottom line: I would play again, Better than average course for the area, Ranks with the best in this price level
