Clubhouse needs renovation. Due to economic conditions maintenance and rebuilding of clubhouse has been deferred. Available capital invested in course conditioning and maintenance. This investment in infrastructure has shown tremendous results in playability and level of challenge of play. Greens are well planned and breaking putts are the norm. Speed of greens is not severe enough to be considered penal. Well struck putts roll true and consistent. Fairways are in excellent condition. First and second cuts are appropriately difficult. Tree lined fairways place a premium on accurate tee shots and approach shots to receptive greens.
