Was in the area on vacation and really liked the course. Meanders through woods at the top of the mountain. For a mountain course not too much up and down hills. A few too many blind shots and made it difficult not knowing the course. Hit one of my best drives and got up to where the ball should have been and realized there was a hill that kicked everything to the left and never found a drive that hit in left center of the fairway. Local knowledge would be a real plus.
Only downside is there really isn't a clubhouse to speak of. It wasn't a problem as we went back to the house we were renting.
Would travel: 30-60 Miles, Vacation Worthy
Bottom line: I would play again, Fair priced based on quality and competitive area pricing, Best course in the area
