I won't judge condition of fairways, because the Bermuda grass is still dormant.
This golf course did not live up to expectations. I presume the developers hoped to build a golf course community, but there are very few homes...mostly on the drive into the clubhouse.
The carts are faded and just plain old looking with balding tires. The clubhouse is a nice looking building until you get up close. Doors need to be stained. Floor mat inside the door into the pro shop is so worn it's almost unreadable. Very little merchandise in the pro shop.
Cart paths are good (concrete) but areas beside the paths are bare and bumpy. Some areas in front of greens are in poor shape. Hard to tell if they are currently being worked on. Some greens have some bare spots. They had been aerated about a week before we played, so I won't judge them.
I'm assuming they don't have the money to replace their golf cars. I wouldn't hold out a lot of hope for the future of this golf club.....unless some management company comes in and pours some big bucks into refurbishing it.
Would travel: 0-10 Miles,Not Vacation Worthy
Bottom line: I won't play again, I wouldn't recommend this course, Worse than average course for the area
