This has been a banner year for golf. 1st I played "Bear's Best" in Atlanta, Then I played what must be the worst conditioned course in America and had a blast doing it. Then yesterday I played what has to be one of the most beautiful courses in America. Even the driving range looked like it was carpeted. The greens were in almost perfect condition. Not a ball make on them and no brown spots. They were running at least a 10 on most of the them. The fairways were very lush. They looked like they were woven like a rug. Putting from 20 feet off the green was fine on most holes. If I had to rate this course against "Bear's Best" I would place this one 1st and the Bear 2nd. The cost was $79.00 included cart and range balls. Best of all juniors played free. The club house was just as impressive, friendly staff, well equipped, and beautifully laid out. When it was your time to tee off, the marshall came and got you and showed you the way to the 1st tee. They treated us like we were pros. Can't wait to play again.
Would travel: 120-300 Miles, Vacation Worthy
Bottom line: I would play again, I wouldn't recommend this course, Ranks with the best in this price level, Expensive and worth it, Best course in the area
Condition of Course, Price, Pace of Play, Food/ Bar facilities, Difficulty, Ambiance, Staff, Pro Shop, Layout, Clubhouse
