This is a challenging layout that winds through a retirement community, but don't worry, the homes are rarely in play. ;)
This course is long and requires several forced carries, it has lots of elevation changes and the greens are almost always in good shape. They are bent grass I think and they have to water them frequently during the summer heat but they are in excellent shape now.
All in all a fun course to play unless you get behind a couple of groups of residents, then it can slow down a bit.
Would travel: 0-10 Miles, Vacation Worthy
Bottom line: I would play again, Better than average course for the area
