I've played this course four or five times, and I keep hoping it will get better, but it hasn't yet. The fairways are in bad shape, with huge patches of bare dirt on every hole. The greens are even worse, with large dead spots on every green, and seven or eight of the greens are virtually dead. If the staff would take better care of the course it would probably be an average place. If you're in the Stillwater area, you're going to have a much better time at the municipal course, or if you can afford it, Karsten Creek is not far away. Guthrie also has at least four very nice courses.
Would travel: 0-10 Miles, Not Vacation Worthy
Bottom line: Better courses for less nearby
Ambiance, Pace of Play
Condition of Course, Price, Houses on Course, Staff, Clubhouse
