The greens were in horrible shape. No putts held their line for anyone in our 4-some. As far as difficulty being a con, I don't mind difficult but fair holes or courses. But on one hole, 3 of us putted off of the green due to a ridiculous pin placement. One putt was from three feet away, and it went 12 feet past the hole, and an additional 15 feet off the green!! This is a public course, not the U.S Open. There were several other pin placements up on top of small mounds, or right at the edge of a ridge. This might be acceptable if the greens were rolling true, but as bumpy as they were, it just made it miserable.
The $25 was with a Tee Time Pass.
Would travel: 20-30 Miles, Not Vacation Worthy
Bottom line: Worse than average course for the area
