I've played this 9 hole course for twenty years and it is never boring or repetitive. Though there is only one real par 4 (#5) at 400 yds.
the shorter par 4s have small and difficult greens. The two par 5s:
(#1 uphill and slight dogleg right,#7, downhill and dog leg left to
landing area before pond to cross to severe downhill sloped green.
The three par 3s can be a challenge to stay on the green if you hit it and the greens are subtly shaped.
Would travel: 0-10 Miles, Vacation Worthy
Bottom line: I would play again, Bargain priced based on quality and competitive area pricing
