City owned course, and budget issues make it a challenge to keep a great grounds crew. Still, the superintendent does an excellent job with too few folks -- except (in the last couple of months) -- with the bunkers. When I play in the mornings they are almost always soaked from watering and impossible to play.
On the flip side, the clubhouse staff is excellent, as is the teaching staff. Brad Lozares runs the pro shop and hires the inside folks, and he is a pro in every sense of the word. Superb shop, helpful and friendly folks all around.
Would travel: 10-20 Miles
Bottom line: I would play again, Better than average course for the area
