Challenging greens and a good layout. Need to hit good shots to score regardless of the tees you are playing from. Fairways, rough and greens all in good condition. However, regular rates at $100 plus during week is too much. If you can get a price of approx $50-65, then it would be a fair value. (Unfortunately, golf in Orange County, CA is overpriced in general).
