I would rank The Club at Fairvue Plantation management very low. They don't even have the courtesy to let a young man know that he no longer has a job there. They just kept telling him they would get him on the schedule and then never did. Now, if you don't want someone working for you, then terminate them. Don't lead them on and then just stop taking their calls. That is so unprofessional. Now if you have a reason for terminating Blake Olson...tell him. If you just don't like him.....terminate him officially. I've been HR at my company for over 25 years. You just don't treat people like that.
