The course just reopened this month (May, 2013) after a 22-month renovation. The layout is much improved. Drainage was the main problem and has been addressed with new underground systems and above-ground streams and ponds. There are more fairway bunkers and less green-side bunkers. Approach shots to the greens require more precision as do many of the drives. The grasses on the fairways and greens are still coming in so the course will probably play quite different by the end of the season.
Would travel: 60-120 Miles, Vacation Worthy
Bottom line: I would play again, Better than average course for the area
