A 9 hole beat-to-crap muni at the local junior college. You can play it twice for a a discounted 18 hole rate. Not sure you'd want to play it twice. They've stopped making even a minimal effort to keep it up. Greens are a muddy, blotchy mess. Bunkers haven't seen any sand in years. The range like a hurricane blew through (though you can go down the hill and hit off the grass.
Good for newbies or kids, or maybe for a quick 9 at the $5 twilight rate.
Would travel: 0-10 Miles, Not Vacation Worthy
Bottom line: Worse than average course for the area
