I play Quail often. And I love the course when it's in good shape. Right now it's not... The greens have been a problem the past couple of seasons. This is a course that I highly recommend when it's on top of it's game. But when the greens are like they are now, save your money. They are giving a little bit of a break on the price because of the green conditions but not enough. Wait to play this course when it's in better condition.
