The clausterphobic layout (think of holes 1, 9, 10, and 18 as an undivided 4-lane highway) can create real pace of play problems, but overall the course routing is good, and pace of play evened out on a crowded Saturday morning, which I found surprising--the first 10 or 11 holes were pretty slow. The greens were bumpy, but I don't remember many mis-directed putts because of it. They also held shots a little better than I expected. Respectable length on most par 4s, counterbalanced by a laughingly short par 5 finishing hole.
