I have played the North?east combination for 18 holes twice in the last 6 weeks. The course has multiple tees and the level of difficulty is directly related to the tees. The fairways and greens are in good shape and the players tend to fix ball marks. The bunkers are atrocious, the best thing to do is stay out of them.
The slow played was cuased by a group playing the back tees that should have been playing the junior tees with no marshall to move them along.
There are 4 9 hole tracks and they management could swith them around for diversity. The price was fantastic off a social club network offering for for $28 including lunch, on a weekend no less.
Fixing the bunkers will make this a phenomenal deal.
Would travel: 30-60 Miles, Vacation Worthy
Bottom line: I would play again, Better than average course for the area, Bargain priced based on quality and competitive area pricing
