Best area course for members; difficult but fair and lots of fun to play; 5 five pars and three pars makes for more variety; lots of sloping lies, fairway bunkers and multi level greens but open fairways. Very beautiful. As opposed to all other area courses, has no bad or poorly designed holes. Great dining, but could use a golfers only grill like some other courses. Bunker conditions only negative at this time. Greens now great as are fairways and tees. various tees make for challenges for all handicaps. Not a tour pro level difficulty course from back tees, which could be a criticism. Del Paso C.C. really only pro level course in the area from back tees. Great senior organization for members and strong ladies group also. Family friendly. All in all, I think a great C.C. for members.
Would travel: 20-30 Miles
Bottom line: I would play again, Ranks with the best in this price level, Best course in the area, Fair priced based on quality and competitive area pricing
