Have played course since its opening. Under new ownership, course has gone consistantly downhill:
1. Fairways are either rockhard or soggy, depending on hole.
2. Tee boxes are rough (at best)
3. Groundskeeping crew have torn course up with equipment - have no regard for damage done around teeboxes and cart paths.
4. Overseeding made course worse
5. Sand traps crusty
6. No apparant effort to "marshall" course. Slow play is not a corrective issue
7. Carts are dirty and trashy
8. No clubhouse - sold off to catering entity and tiny snack bar left for players
Other than that course has potential to be best in the county with a little bit of knowledge and TLC. Staff is great, but limited in scope of what they can do.
Would travel: 0-10 Miles, Not Vacation Worthy
Bottom line: I would play again
