A beautiful layout and always a joy to play. Challenging and rewards good play as well as penalizes poor shots. The condition is inconsistent and what were once the best greens in the area for years have been inconsistent the last few times we played.
The clubhouse is not very friendly and most often has no place to grab a drink or lunch due after play due to outside events. The pro shop staff is among the worst and truly are clueless regarding customer service. Lastly, the driving range is a haul to get to and they make it very difficult to spend your money even if you show up well ahead of your tee-time to warm up.
Would travel: 20-30 Miles, Vacation Worthy
Bottom line: Better than average course for the area
