This course in under new management and as such there have been some good overall changes but the condition of the greens is poor. I say that because as I see it, considering that I've played this course for a number of years and have seen it in much better condition.
The greens are extremely soft but very fast. I believe this is because of the excessive watering that is done on the course in order to save the greens during the hot months. As we've had little or no rain in months that is the only answer I can come up with as far as the softness of the greens. As for the speed, I like it, the only problem I see though is the crazy locations for the cups. You really can't put the cup location on the edge of a slope and expect anyone, regardless of handicap level to think that this is fun. No, what is is gimmicky.
Would travel: 20-30 Miles, Vacation Worthy
Bottom line: I would play again, Better than average course for the area, Ranks with the best in this price level
